Agium Advisory was appointed as the Project Manager and Development Coordinator for over 40,000sqm of built form across 240 Sandgate Rd, Albion, BTP Northshore and Eight Mile Plains and Acuity Business Park, Robina. The engagement extended beyond the physical delivery and included Development Approval, Project Marketing, Project Leasing, Land Titling and Asset Divestment.
